Business advisory group Dow Schofield Watts has launched a new initiative designed to accelerate the progression of professionals into business  leaders.

The Pathway to Partner programme offers experienced individuals the opportunity to join at director level and develop at pace to become a partner, leading their own business under the Dow Schofield Watts brand.

It is designed to enable professionals to focus on accelerating ambition and entrepreneurial growth.

A strategic plan is developed with each participant to build their profile, extend their reach in the market and provide support in building their own team.

Individuals are set to benefit from a structured development journey, underpinned by dedicated mentoring from top talent, leadership training, business funding and access to comprehensive operational support.

As part of the programme, they will start as salaried employees whilst building their networks.

They will also lead and manage projects, work closely with clients providing expert advice and help to develop and grow teams.

Cheshire-based Dow Schofield Watts has supported the launch of more than 25 licensee businesses and completed more than 500 deals worth in excess of £10bn since its inception in 2002.

Its purpose is to aid people with the drive to innovate, lead and build lasting legacies.

“There’s a growing pool of talented professionals who are ready to lead, but are finding themselves constrained by outdated structures and slow progression in larger firms,” said Shru Morris, CEO at Dow Schofield Watts.

“As a business, we are passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs to start and develop their own businesses.

“With Pathway to Partner, we’ve built something different: a platform that gives them the support they need without holding them back.

“This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that will enable the right people to invest in their professional development, accelerate their career progression, fulfil their potential, and thrive.”
