A Palatine-backed firm looking to become the UK’s largest independent cybersecurity service provider within the next three years has acquired managed security services provider ZDL Group.

Berkshire-based Cyberfort, which is one of the UK’s leading providers of managed IT services to mid-market UK companies, will significantly expand its reach with the acquisition which will enhance its ability to serve commercial customers within and beyond the UK.

London-based ZDL Group will bring an international, multi-sector customer base of more than 120 clients and a team of over 40 skilled cybersecurity professionals to Cyberfort.
