Liverpool-based Bluprintx has completed the acquisition of Skie, a Salesforce consultancy which operates globally from locations in Australia and Singapore.

The Palatine-backed digital transformation consultancy says that the move underlines its ambition to become a leading global consolidator across the Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems.

Founded just over six years ago, Skie has established itself as one of APAC’s fastest-growing Salesforce consultancies, with over 210 certifications and a 50-strong team of experts.

The company is known for its leadership in implementing Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents, more widely than any other firm outside of the global systems integrators.

The latest deal follows a series of international acquisitions for Liverpool-based Bluprintx, including IO Integration, Definitive Results, and ITG Commerce, marking the latest step in its buy-and-build strategy.

The company now has over 200 employees across its global offices, which span four continents.

The deal was funded by lending partner, ThinCats, who have also provided an acquisition facility enabling Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key locations.

Skie co-founder and managing director, Adam Troughear, will join the firm’s leadership team as part of the deal.

“Joining Bluprintx is an evolution of Skie’s high-performance growth journey,” he said.

“We’ve built a reputation across APAC for delivering transformative outcomes for our clients by leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce platform.

“Now, with Bluprintx, we can take our transformation journeys further. We can answer what’s next across the entire front office experience.”

Lee Hackett, group CEO of Bluprintx, added: “Skie brings exceptional Salesforce capabilities, a brilliant leadership team, and a depth of experience that aligns perfectly with our broader strategy.

“This acquisition strengthens our position across APAC and adds new momentum to our goal of reaching £100 million in revenue, while helping enterprise clients scale intelligently through data, AI, and technology-led transformation.”
