Online marketplace OnBuy has appointed Ross Billingsley as head of sales.

Billingsley joins from Protect Line, where he was head of sales development, while he previously worked at iSupplyEnergy, Broadway Events and Fireworx Creative.

Deloitte recently named OnBuy as the 11th fastest-growing tech company in the UK, while the Bournemouth-headquartered company topped our RetailTech 50 ranking this year.

“Ross’s understanding of eCommerce, strategic planning, and business development along with his experience in sales, partnerships and multi-channel planning will help continue the future growth and success of OnBuy,” said founder and CEO Cas Paton.

Billingsley will take charge of sales team leadership and new channel development, and also contribute to the company’s commercial business strategies.
