A new chief technology officer has been appointed at job management software specialist Oneserve.

The Exeter company has outlined ambitious plans for growth after also moving to recruit a new sales director to its board.

Andy Martin joins as CTO, bringing more than 25 years of experience in technology and business change within financial services, retail and the civil service.

He most recently operated as deputy head of solution delivery in the Met Office, where he led four development tribes across digital, defence, data and geographical applications.

New sales director David Cockayne also has 25 years of experience, having previously worked for a number of technology providers serving the private and public sectors, including field service management solutions.
