FinTech Fiinu has appointed finance professional Dr Feyzullah Egriboyun as group CFO.
Egriboyun brings over 25 years of experience in international finance to the role, having worked in Turkey and New York before moving to London.
He has worked at companies including BNP, UBS and Deutsche Bank and has held the CFO title previously at London-based companies Vive Bank and OneDome.
The Surrey-based company has also announced that Timo Rinne has rejoined the as head of technology, bringing expertise in open banking, agentic AI and core banking technology, having implemented and configured open banking enabled systems at different retail banks across Europe.
The company says he will lead the technical unboxing of Fiinu’s Plugin Overdraft platform for the UK bank’s white-label offering.
Another member of the firm’s leadership team rejoining the group is Albert Owen III, who has been reappointed as head of operations. He will be tasked with mobilising Fiinu’s Plugin Overdraft technology platform for the UK bank’s white-label offering.
The listed company has a market cap of £25.54m and its share price has risen from 8.55p at 16.30 on Tuesday to 9.38p at 08.00 on Wednesday after the appointments were announced.
The news comes less than a month after the business announced that it had raised additional equity capital to enhance its Plugin Overdraft platform and provide itself with extra working capital.
The platform is set for launch in late 2025.
