Security services firm Octavian Group has signed a joint venture agreement with US firm Frontier SGS to form a multi-million-dollar group based in London and Nottingham.
The new company, Frontier SGS 360 Limited, will offer IT and Security recruitment and services.
Frontier SGS is a US-based business with a turnover of $50m a year, and represents blue chip clients in the financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Its clients include the US Department of Defence, and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (DLANGA).
The new combined company will offer recruitment services for companies in need of software developers, security professionals and security architects.
Octavian Group’s UK head office is in Nottingham, its US head office is in Arizona, and its UAE head office is in Dubai.
Alongside its IT solutions offering, which includes cybersecurity and connectivity, it also offers physical security solutions and cleaning services.
Reshma Sheikh, Octavian UK’s MD said the new partnership will expand the capabilities of both firms across the UK.
“Our customers will now be able to take advantage of our combined specialisms and have instant access across to some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the security and IT sectors,” said Sheikh.
