Mobile payment and digital marketing scaleup PM Connect has appointed a new CEO as it gears up for its next phase of international growth.

Kevin Dawson joins as group CEO, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role 

He began his career at Orange then held positions at 3Com, Talk Talk and Vodafone before joining Dynamic Mobile Billing for 11 years, spending the last five as its CEO.

The appointment is part of a newly vamped executive team that sees the company’s co-founder James Macfarlane move to the role of president.

Sanjay Mistry will also join as CTO, having worked at Infomedia for over 17 years – most recently as CTO and COO. He will begin his time with the company in June. 

PM Connect now reaches a billion consumers in over 40 territories, with a long-standing focus on bringing major sports and entertainment brands into the mobile ecosystem and connecting them to new audiences.

Last year it entered a multi-year partnership with the NBA as the mobile payments partner for its flagship OTT product, NBA League Pass, alongside pioneering mobile payments for cloud gaming.
