Nottingham tech firm VIA has been acquired by Solihull-based Wavenet.
The deal for the UK’s largest Skype for Business provider, which has transitioned to Microsoft Teams, is for an undisclosed consideration.
Telecoms firm Wavenet said the acquisition would boost its Microsoft Teams platform, TeamsLink.
Wavenet has 8,000 business and enterprise customers.
