Global media and digital marketing agency network Dentsu Aegis has confirmed it plans to open a new office in Manchester.
The company, a subsidiary of Japanese advertising and public relations firm Dentsu, said the new base will support its growing technology team.
Dentsu Aegis confirmed the plans but declined to provide additional information.
It comes after Prolific North published a story which stated that up to 140 new jobs would be created at the new North West base.
The announcement is expected to be formally confirmed next month.
