Manchester-based Six & Flow has merged with the Dutch counterpart Bright Digital.

The partnership brings together two market leaders, with Bright Digital being the dominant HubSpot partner in the Benelux and Six & Flow now having established itself as a leading name across the UK, Irish, and Canadian markets.

Both companies are HubSpot Elite Partners and, by joining forces, they form a team of specialists equipped to support midmarket and enterprise organisations in solving digital challenges.

With a shared focus on strategy, technology and data-driven growth, the two companies provide clients internationally with an even stronger foundation for sustainable digital growth.

“The HubSpot partner eco-system is moving upmarket, while HubSpot customers need larger partners with the knowledge and experience to solve complex digital challenges,” said Lambert van Asselt, co-founder of Bright Digital.

“That is why we are very pleased that we can continue our international expansion with Six & Flow, one of the best-known HubSpot partners, to build the global HubSpot tech consultancy partner of the future together.”

The merger also directly supports HubSpot’s growth strategy and combining local strength with international scale creates a platform for expanding HubSpot’s footprint among larger organisations.

Richard Wood, founder of Six & Flow, added: “HubSpot is starting to pull away from the other players in the smart CRM space. The continued move upmarket sees an increased need to solve complex needs, both technically and geographically.

“With the foundations Bright, Systony and BrixCRM have built over the last 12 months, alongside the amazing team we have at Six & Flow, it’s a perfect fit to continue solving for HubSpot customers.

“Together, we’re excited to set the standard of what excellence looks like across this new generation of partners.”

Max Perry, an associate partner at HURST Corporate Finance, and Sarah Haley, a senior tax manager at HURST, advised Six & Flow founder Richard Wood on the deal.

Perry said: “It was a great deal to be a part of. Richard has created a special atmosphere at Six & Flow.”
