The most valuable cryptocurrencies dropped in value in the last 24 hours.

At the time of writing (7am), Ripple’s XRP coin was at 91 cents, 7c and 7% down on Thursday morning and 19% down on this time last week.

It is now worth less than half of its record valuation of $1.91, set a few weeks ago.

Ethereum (ETH) dropped 6% to well below $2,600 and is 6% down on last Friday.

Bitcoin (BTC) is just above $37,000, suffering a 3% fall in 24 hours and 7% over seven days.

Dogecoin (DOGE), the coin created as a crypto parody and based on a meme – and backed for great things by Tesla CEO Elon Musk – fell 4% to drop below 33c and is 16% down compared with a week ago.

Litecoin (LTC) dropped 3% to $183. The altcoin – billed as a lighter and faster version of Bitcoin – is 9% below its value a week ago.

The biggest fall in the last 24 hours was by Enjin Coin (ENJ), which dropped 16% to $1.61 after powering up to $1.93 with a 44% rise in the previous 24-hour period.

The biggest gains were seen by Helium (HNT), up 30% to $18.38; Theta Fuel (TFUEL), up 22% to 36c; and BakeryToken (BAKE), up 21% to $4.66.
