OBI today announced that, after 12 successful years with the business, Richard Lace will be moving on to a new role.
Since joining the Manchester-headquartered team in 2013, Lace has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth.
As director, he has worked on transactions and asset management, working with a wide range of landlords, investors and occupiers to deliver some of Manchester’s most high-profile real estate deals, while helping to further strengthen OBI’s reputation in the market.
OBI is one of the city’s leading real estate consultancies, recognised for its integrated approach across leasing, investment, building consultancy, workplace design and project management, with a strong team continuing to deliver for clients and the wider market.
OBI are working on some of the highest profile office schemes across the city to include Eden, No 2 St Michael’s, Mayfield, Island, No 1 Spinningfields and Enterprise City.

Lace leaves to take on a new role with Urban Splash, which will commence on September 22nd.
