Teneo, the IT solutions provider, has appointed Gina Fedeli as its chief operating officer.
Fedeli brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in the IT sector to her new role.
She will lead overall business operations and will work with CEO Piers Carey and the senior leadership team to execute the company’s strategic vision and drive operational efficiency and business transformation.
Throughout her career, Fedeli has developed operational structures to support organisational growth and has a proven track record of inspiring leadership teams, fostering employee engagement, and supporting diverse organisational initiatives.
Her previous positions include her role as COO at Proxios and Axiom Technology Group, as well as her tenure as president and founder of P3 Transformation Group and GCF Consulting.
Teneo’s focus is on reducing IT complexity to enable network and security teams to operate increasingly complex systems to meet business demands.
Combining leading technology with deep expertise, it helps businesses simplify IT operations and connect users to their applications in a way that is secure, optimised and observable.
Teneo’s long-term vision is to become a trusted technology partner to 500 of the world’s largest companies.
In October 2022, it pledged to donate one per cent of total company revenue to charitable initiatives, particularly focused on education projects in underserved communities.
