AIM-listed medical technology firm Inspiration Healthcare Group has appointed Jonathan Ballard as the group’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from July 2020.
Balllard joined Inspiration Healthcare in 2017 as Group Finance Controller and has worked alongside Mike Briant the retiring Chief Financial Officer for over three years.
Briant will retire from the board at the end of June 2020 and will continue to work full time with the Group until the end of August and will then continue during a handover period part time until November 2020.
Through investment in research and development the Crawley-based firm has six key own-brand products that can be used within the first six hours of life to help premature and sick babies; helping with assessment, resuscitation, stabilisation as well as preventing brain damage.
It also has its own range of products for maintaining normothermia pre- during and post-surgery.
