New York-based Guggenheim Securities has expanded its London office with the appointment of three senior investment bankers.
The appointments of the three tech experts come as the company looks to grow its technology and services investment banking business in Europe.
Dominic Emery, Phil Hare and William Tridimas all join the firm from Chicago-headquartered William Blair and will focus on advising UK and European-based companies across the tech and services sectors.
The firm is the investment banking and capital markets division of Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory group, whose services span advisory, financing, sales and trading, as well as research.
Emery joins as a senior managing director, bringing over 20 years of investment banking experience.
