GP Bullhound acted as the exclusive financial advisor to eBECS on its sale to DXC Technology, a leading independent, end-to-end IT services company
eBECS is an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner delivering Total Microsoft Business Solutions and Managed Services that help customers digitally transform their businesses.
Headquartered in Chesterfield, the company has operations across the United Kingdom & Ireland, Jordan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, US and Canada.
eBECS will be integrated into DXC’s Microsoft practice, enhancing DXC’s industry leadership and adding scale to DXC’s Digital Transformation strategy.
“We are excited to have completed the transaction with DXC as it means having the strength and certainty of a long-term business partner with the global infrastructure, high-calibre resources and experience to allow us to lead our customers on their digital transformation journeys worldwide as true Global Systems Integrators,” said eBECS CEO Kevin Hall.
“GP Bullhound has been a supportive partner in this journey and I want to thank Hugh and Ed who have provided expert guidance and advice.”
Hugh Campbell, managing partner at GP Bullhound, said: “We are proud to have advised eBECS twice in the past 18 months and delighted to have overseen its acquisition by DXC.
“The acquisition highlights the strength of the eBECS proposition and brand which will continue to grow from strength to strength as a part of DXC.”
This represents GP Bullhound’s 8th transaction in 2018 and further demonstrates the firm’s continued work with category leading businesses in the IT services sector.
