Mobile advertising platform LoopMe has appointed a chair to its board as it targets further international expansion.

The London company, second on our MarTech 50 ranking this year, welcomes global advertising and digital tech figure Mainardo de Nardis to the role.

Founded in 2012, LoopMe applies artificial intelligence to optimise media campaign delivery in real-time. Its clients include brands, publishers and all five major holding companies, including dentsu, Publicis, WPP, Omnicom, Pepsi, Microsoft, Sony Pictures, Hyundai/Kia and Warner Bros. Discovery.

de Nardis is the former CEO of OMD Worldwide and has also held executive positions at Omnicom Media Group, OMD Worldwide, Aegis Media (Dentsu) and MEC (WPP). He joined LoopMe’s advisory board in 2019 and also serves on the board of directors at Edelman, VidMob, Ad Results Media and Learfield.

The company has delivered revenue growth of around 50% in each of the past three years. In FY21 the United States provided 65% of the company’s revenue, while APAC revenues grew 90% YoY. 

In January 2022, funds advised by Mayfair Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in LoopMe.
