fu3e, pioneer of real time adaptive management reporting and risk management software for real estate, has appointed a new executive chairman in Kevin Taylor MBE.

The appointment follows an investment of £3.5 million from Gresham House Ventures.

Taylor is also chairman of Indigo Telecom and previously served leading roles as a president, COO and director at telecoms giant BT in AMEA, plus chairman of Securecloud+. 

He has a successful track record of leading profitable growth on a global scale across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

fu3e is looking to spread awareness about how the real estate businesses can track real-time risks by leveraging technology.

Taylor said: “I’m delighted to join fu3e at such a pivotal time of growth. My primary focus will be to provide strategic support to accelerate profitability. Following a successful funding round of £3.5 million, fu3e is ready to grow rapidly.”

fu3e is the must have adaptive management reporting software to allow all stakeholders in the real estate industry to manage financial and operational risk in real time as a layer above existing management software for use by real estate funds, asset owners, developers and professional consultants.
