UK-based FinTech for creative professionals ANNA has successfully secured £3.5m in crowdfunding, surpassing its initial target of £3m.
The firm, founded in 2017, previously secured £8.5m funding from Kinetik, and will have raised more than £20m when its latest crowdfund ends.
The firm, which gets its name from tagline Absolutely No Nonsense Admin, offers a business current account with a UK sort code and digital receipt storage.
It plans to add VAT returns and tax self-assessment tax return, cashflow forecasting and payroll and pension contributions ?in future.
The mobile business account is aimed at the creative industries, small business owners and freelancers, offering technology manage invoicing and make payments.
Funds raised in this crowdfund from the Seedrs round will go towards Anna enhancing its tax calculation and expense processing service, as well as deepen its AI capabilities to better serve its customers. Anna Money is offering 20.00% in equity.
