Julie Gordon has been appointed chief people officer at ClearCourse.

The acquisitive technology group provides software, services and integrated payments solutions.

Gordon joins its senior leadership team in the newly created role and will report directly in to CEO Gerry Gualtieri.

Gordon will be responsible for the continuous development and integration of employees across the ClearCourse business and brands.

She joins from Edenhouse Solutions, where she was senior director of the company’s human resources division prior to and during its acquisition by Accenture.

Prior to that she served as VP of human resources at Clearswift RUAG Cyber Security and director of HR for the American multinational software company Nuance Communications.

‘Don’t create a company for the sake of it’

“Our people are our most valuable asset, and their shared passion and energy is crucial to the success of our business,” said Gualtieri. “As a fast-growing company, we at ClearCourse recognise that integration isn’t just about bringing together businesses, but about engaging with our employees and promoting a cohesive group culture.

“We are fortunate to have found someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Julie to lead these initiatives as we remain focused on working better together.”

Gordon added: “I am very excited to be joining ClearCourse at this promising point in the company’s growth. As a group of over 700 people, whose talent and ideas drive our businesses, the integration and development of our teams is of paramount importance.

“While ClearCourse looks to continue supporting brands with major synergies and potential, success will best be sought through collaboration. I look forward to leading this effort across an exceptional team, their brands and the wider Group, as we focus on growing together.”
