Senior business leaders from across the North West will be giving their insight on how employers can recruit and retain the best talent.
The exclusive event – entitled ‘The Great Renegotiation – How can employers attract and retain the best staff?’ – has been organised by Talos360.
The Warrington-based firm is a leading provider of recruitment technology in the UK and will be revealing the findings of their exclusive research into the do’s and don’ts of hiring in today’s competitive market.
With unemployment levels at a near 50-year low, employers have been forced to raise their game if they want to attract the best talent and the event will look at everything from the language used in job adverts, the future of CVs, the value of aptitude tests and how modern organisations treat their candidates throughout the process.
According to the research 40% of job applicants will lose interest in a role if they don’t hear back from employers within 48 hours of applying.
Talos360 has partnered with BusinessCloud for the morning event on June 29th, which will take place at KPMG’s stunning offices at 1 St. Peters Square, Manchester.
Janette Martin, CEO, will welcome a panel of experts – hosted by BusinessCloud executive editor Chris Maguire – to discuss the research.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Dean McGlone, Chief Revenue Officer, Talos360
- Joanne Brien, Partner, KPMG
- Darragh Lee, Head of Talent Acquisition, TalkTalk
- Ben Audley, Chief Revenue Officer, Summize
The event runs from 8-10am. Spaces are strictly limited.
