European firm acquires Bristol-based CX consultancy

European digital transformation firm Sopra Steria has completed its acquisition of cxpartners, a consultancy specialising in customer experience and user-centred design.

The move will see will both expand Sopra Steria’s UK customer experience offerings and focus cxpartners’ capabilities.

Based in London and Bristol and employing over 50 designers, cxpartners was established in 2004, and has worked with te UK government, FTSE 100 companies and organisations operating in multiple industries such as AXA, Google and Public Health England.
