The value of majors Ether and XRP dropped in the last 24 hours but Bitcoin remained stable.
At the time of writing (7am), Ethereum (ETH) dipped more than 3% to around $2,500, but remains 2% up on its price seven days ago.
Ripple’s XRP coin fell 3% to 87 cents, but again is almost 2% up over seven days.
The recent rally of Bitcoin (BTC) which saw it top $40,000 briefly halted as the ‘king of crypto’ held its value in the last 24 hours, leaving it 20% up on last Wednesday.
Dogecoin (DOGE), the coin created as a crypto parody and based on a meme, dropped 3% to 32c. It is 1% down in a week.

The biggest winner was SHIBA INU (SHIB), up 28% – 26% in a week – while Internet Computer (ICP) suffered the biggest fall, 12%, to put it below $60. It is 27% down in a week.
