BGF-backed software specialist Elite Dynamics has bolstered its senior leadership team with a string of new appointments, welcoming a new CFO, operations director and marketing director.
The Warrington-based firm, which provides digital transformation solutions for the holiday park and marina industry, has made the strategic hires following a strong growth period.
It will now look to expand across the UK and international markets as well as double its headcount by 2026 after this news and BGF’s investment in 2024.
Former EY and Mobysoft executive Phil Norton will take on the role of CFO, bringing a strong track record of supporting fast-growth, PE-backed B2B SaaS businesses.
“I was attracted to the prospect of taking a UK market leading B2B SaaS platform into a new market, and a new geography as we continue to expand our footprint in North America and Europe,” he said.
“After establishing Elite Dynamics as a leading provider of ERP and CRM solutions to the UK Parks sector, we continue to be committed to this market.
“At the same time, we’re expanding the offering into the marina sector in the UK and internationally, with a focus on the US and Canada.”
Meanwhile, Rosie Becker joins as operations director, bringing over a decade of experience in the tech space to help scale the business.
She has previously served as a transformation director at Microsoft Cloud for Retail launch partner K3, which has an office in Manchester.
Becker said: “I joined the business at an exciting time of growth and innovation.
“The travel and leisure sector presents a fantastic opportunity for technology to improve people’s lives, helping customers enjoy well-earned holidays and create lasting memories.
“I’ve been impressed by the passion and commitment shown across all levels of the organisation and I’m excited to be part of the journey.”
Completing the leadership trio is Lisa Allan-Downie, who takes the reins as marketing director.
With deep expertise in the holiday park and leisure sector from roles at places including Callander Holiday Park and Stewart’s Resort, she brings a wealth of industry insight.
“Elite Dynamics has achieved so much over the past decade and I’ve watched the business grow into one of the most trusted names in park and marina solution providers.”
“The ambition for the next five years is even more exciting – from continuous innovation to global expansion – and I knew it was something I wanted to be part of.”
Founded in 2015 by Jamaine Campbell, Nicola Campbell and Jack Vernon, Elite Dynamics develops software specifically tailored to the needs of holiday parks, marinas, holiday home dealers, boat brokers and manufacturers.
Its suite of solutions aims to help clients streamline operations across marketing, sales, reservations, maintenance, memberships and finance – and is now used at over 400 sites worldwide.
“We have built a highly successful, and sustainable business through our deep industry experience and technical expertise,” said Jamaine, who serves as CEO.
“As we continue to scale, we need to build an exceptional and well-rounded leadership team to drive our next phase of growth.
“Building on our strength in the UK, we will also increase our focus on the North American market. Phil, Rosie and Lisa will be key to helping us achieve our ambitions.”
