Manchester-based eComplete Group, a leading eCommerce growth partner and investor, has promoted Anna Graham to the position of managing director.

She began her career at The Hut Group (THG), working within the Beauty Division under the guidance of Paul Gedman, with experience spanning global markets and driving international M&A projects.

Graham then joined Social Chain as eCommerce director working with co-founder Dominic McGregor, playing a pivotal role in the company’s transition from a traditional media and marketing agency to a D2C eCommerce house of brands following a merger with a retailer.

In May 2022, Anna moved to eComplete Group, which was co-founded by former THG C-suite executives Paul Gedman and Andy Duckworth, with a mission to provide eCommerce brands with the foundations to scale.

The company specialises in assisting clients in their growth agency whilst also embarking on a journey to disrupt eCommerce private equity by helping DTC brands with high UK potential become global leaders.

Notably, eComplete Group’s first acquisition in 2021 was Manchester-based eCommerce beauty business CurrentBody.

Co-founded in 2009 by Laurence Newman and Andrew Showman, the company won two awards at the 2023 Northern Tech Awards, run by GP Bullhound.

Duckworth and Gedman founded eComplete in 2020, with a mission to provide eCommerce brands with the foundations to scale that are typically reserved for eCommerce giants.

Within the eComplete growth agency division, eComplete works with a number of high-profile brands including Beauty Pie, True Classic and InkeyList.

Commenting on her promotion, Graham said: “I’m thrilled to take on the position of managing director at eComplete Group. It’s a dynamic and forward-thinking company with a clear vision, and I’m looking forward to leading the team and contributing to our continued growth and success.”

Gedman said: “Our faith in Anna is unwavering and we are excited to see the impact she will have in this role, supported by an incredibly talented team we expect to accelerate our current momentum.”

Duckworth added: “Anna’s commitment and passion for our company’s vision align perfectly with our goals for the future. Her journey and expertise in the eCommerce industry make her a natural fit for this role, and we are looking forward to achieving even greater success together.”

Graham will be speaking at an eCommerce meet-up event this week (October 19) organised by eComplete.

The event takes place at KPMG’s Manchester offices between 3pm-6pm and tickets can be reserved here.
