Educational training provider Another Avenue has launched The Fearless Accelerator — a 12-week business fundamentals skills bootcamp designed to help self-employed founders, freelancers, and micro-business owners formalise, optimise, and grow their businesses.

Founded in 2022 as the sister company to venture capital firm Fearless Adventures, Another Avenue was created by a trio of seasoned entrepreneurs — Dominic McGregor (former COO of Social Chain), David Newns and Charlie Yates.

Covering finance, operations, marketing and leadership, The Fearless Accelerator is designed for founders ready to move beyond survival mode and into sustainable growth.

Participants will benefit from training delivered by professionals actively scaling businesses today, alongside 1:1 mentoring, a like-minded peer cohort for accountability, and a clear, tailored, actionable growth plan on completion.

This business fundamentals programme runs just one day per week, making it fully accessible for busy founders and freelancers, with the first cohort kicking off on Wednesday, 25th June 2025.

Thanks to new funding from the Department for Education’s Skills for Life Bootcamp programme, The Fearless Accelerator offers fully funded places for eligible applicants in Cheshire and Warrington. Applicants outside the region are also welcome, although funding availability may vary.

“I’ve spoken to hundreds of entrepreneurs, and they all say the same thing: ‘How do I scale my business?’ At Another Avenue, we believe thriving small businesses and entrepreneurial spirit are the backbone of a strong local economy,” said McGregor, co-founder of Fearless Adventures and Another Avenue.

“That’s why we’ve launched The Fearless Accelerator — to equip early-stage founders with the skills, strategies, and networks they need to grow and succeed.”
