Binance Coin (BNB) was the big winner among the top 10 coins in the last 24 hours as the cryptocurrency market stabilised following widespread weekend gains.
At the time of writing (7am UK), BNB was approaching $500 thanks to a 4% boost which puts it 18% ahead of its value last Tuesday morning.
The token was created to support popular crypto exchange Binance, which enables more than 1.4 million transactions per second and aims to become the infrastructure services provider for the entire blockchain ecosystem.
Proof-of-Stake blockchain platform Cardano gained 2%, with its ADA token now worth $2.88, putting it a massive 38% up over seven days. It is now the third most valuable crypto.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) dropped back below $50k after losing more than 1%, but remains 7% up in a week.
Ethereum (ETH), the world’s second most valuable crypto, remained stable around the $3,330 mark and is 5% up in a week.

Ripple’s XRP coin dropped slightly and stands at $1.24, putting it 5% up over seven days.
Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) shed 1.5% of value to drop away from a price of 32 cents and is 5% down over seven days.
SwissBorg (CHSB) was the big winner among the top 100 coins, leaping 16% to $1.11. It is around 50% higher than last Tuesday morning.
The cryptocurrency market is now worth a collective $2.15 trillion, with the 11,300 coins losing around 0.2% in value in the last 24 hours.
