Ethereum is closing on $3,200 again following a 3% rise in the last 24 hours.
ETH, the world’s second most valuable coin, is at $3,183 at the time of writing (7am UK) and 20% up on its price a week ago.
Avalanche (AVAX) was the other best-performing major coin, gaining 2% to $89.50, with a seven-day price increase of a huge 33%.
Polkadot (DOT) is at $21.67, 17% higher than its price seven days ago, thanks to a 1% rise.
Solana (SOL) gained $1 to $112 and is 14% up in a week, while Terra (LUNA) is at $56.20, 17% up over seven days, after a 1% gain.
Binance Coin (BNB) also rose 1% to $419, leaving it 14% higher than its price last Thursday morning.
Ripple (XRP) was another 1% riser: standing at 87 cents, its seven-day price is up a whopping 38%.
Cardano (ADA) remained at $1.18 and is 14% up over seven days.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) moved above $43,900 thanks to a slight gain and is 19% up in a week while meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) remains below 16c but is 14% up over seven days.
The overall market cap of the more than 17,400 coins is at $2.01 trillion, a 1.1% increase in the last 24 hours.
