Cronus, a next-gen AI-powered strategy execution, has appointed Nick Kuc as the company’s new chief technology officer.

As Cronus transitions from a start-up to a scale-up phase, Kuc’s arrival marks a pivotal moment in the company’s growth strategy, signalling a stronger technological foundation, accelerated product innovation, and heightened collaboration within the technology team.

Cronus has a presence in Aberdeen and Dubai and in tandem with his appointment, Cronus is further boosting its C-Suite team with the promotion of co-founder Kat Gref to the position of managing director.

Her leadership has been instrumental in Cronus’ journey, and her elevation to this role further reinforces the company’s dedication to strategic growth.

Kuc brings over 26 years of industry experience to the table, having held key positions in renowned global organisations including IBM, KPMG, and Deloitte.

His expertise spans a wide range of sectors across Australia and the United Arab Emirates, with a consistent focus on driving successful product launches and embracing emerging technologies.

As CTO, Kuc will play a pivotal role in shaping Cronus’s technology roadmap, overseeing engineering and development teams, and driving innovation into the company’s product line-up.

His leadership aims to harmonise technology solutions with business objectives while ensuring regulatory and security compliance.

As part of the senior leadership team, as managing director, Kat Gref will be leading on team and stakeholder management whilst ensuring that clients receive outstanding customer experience.

With a background in business development, Gref’s focus will be to expand Cronus’ client roster globally by harnessing the power of AI to provide more intelligent insights and solutions.

The C-suite appointments coincide with Cronus’s pursuit of emergent technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, underscoring the company’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of industry advancements.

Their primary objectives include establishing a robust technological foundation to support Cronus’s scaling efforts, fostering innovation, and positioning Cronus as a technological leader within the Strategy Execution market.
