The CEO of listed Manchester firm Altitude Group has stepped down.

Nichole Stella was appointed eight years ago to lead the technology-enabled branded merchandise provider, which floated in 2000.

Altitude, which has a base in Philadelphia in the United States, said Stella had stepped down with immediate effect ‘in order to pursue other opportunities’.

“To support the group through the next phase of its growth, Alexander Brennan, non-executive chair, has become executive chair and Deborah Wilkinson has expanded her responsibilities as chief operating officer,” Altitude said in a notice to the London Stock Exchange.

“They will be supported by incoming CFO Drew Whibley when he joins the company in September.”

Brennan joined the company in March.

Altitude said it has also commenced a search for a new independent non-executive director for governance purposes.

Altitude provides technology services tailored to the personalised product marketplace worldwide.

It provides eCommerce sites and an online design tool for branded products, while its full-service creative team specialises in promotional marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, video, web design, print flyers and brochures.

Last month the group said it was continuing to trade in line with market expectations for FY26 with positive performance across all three of its divisions.
