Oxa, a global provider of self-driving vehicle software, has moved to acquire StreetDrone, a leader in the development and deployment of autonomous technology for industrial logistics.

Oxa says the deal for StreetDrone strengthens its position in the industrial logistics sector, which involves the movement and management of goods on private land, including ports, logistics hubs, retail fulfilment centres and airports.

StreetDrone, based in Oxford, provides autonomous industrial solutions for operators, retailers and OEMs.
