Attraqt Group has appointed Grahame Cook as a non-executive director.
He will begin the role with immediate effect, chairing the company’s audit committee and serving as a member of the remuneration committee.
The London Software As A Service platform enhances the online shopping experiences for eCommerce retailers.
Cook is an experienced banker and growth technology investor. He served as joint CEO of Panmure Gordon among other roles. He is also a NED at Draper Esprit.
