Manchester-based digital product consultancy Apadmi has acquired Amsterdam-headquartered mobile specialist Pinch, creating a 450-strong team of mobile experts across Europe.
Apadmi, which now has offices in Manchester, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Wrocław, will benefit from the skills of Pinch’s 70 staff with the acquisition.
The company expanded into the Dutch market in 2022 and is putting itself on the map across Europe, with Polish company Droids On Roids joining the Apadmi Group earlier this year.
It has a luxurious client base which includes names like Asda, Domino’s, Co-op, the NHS and Argos.
For Pinch, becoming part of the Apadmi Group is the culmination of 14 years of consistent growth.
It too has built a strong client base in media and mobility, working with well-known brands like Mediahuis, Het Financiele Dagblad, DPG Media and Dutch Railways.
