Why we care so much

Peter spent 16 years on every side of the desk. Agency. Brokerage. Opening dozens of WeWork buildings. Running his own brokerage. He saw how often “advice” was shaped by things the client never got to see. Better payment terms from certain landlords. Bigger fees on some buildings. Incentives that never made it into the conversation.
