Solana lost 3% of its value in the last 24 hours as the cryptocurrency market fell back by almost 5% following two days of gains.
SOL stands at just over $100 at the time of writing (7am UK), which leaves it 10% down in a week.
Avalanche (AVAX), which enjoyed large gains in the previous 24-hour period, remained just below $95 from Wednesday into Thursday and is 6% up over the course of seven days.
Ethereum (ETH), the world’s second most valuable coin, shed 2% to below $3,100. ETH is 3% down on its price a week ago.
Cardano (ADA) is worth $1.08, also down 2%, with a seven-day price difference of -8%.
Polkadot (DOT) is at $19.55, 2% down in the last 24 hours and 10% down in a week.
Binance Coin (BNB) dropped 1% to $426. BNB is 2% up on its price last Thursday morning.
Terra (LUNA) lost less than 1% to $56.07 and is more or less where it was a week ago.
Market leader Bitcoin (BTC) dropped 1% towards $43,800 and is also where it was last Thursday morning.
Ripple (XRP) lost 1% to below 83 cents and is 5% down in a week.
Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) remains below 15c thanks to a 1% loss and is 6% down over seven days.
The overall market cap of the 17,600 coins is at $1.9 trillion, a 4.5% decrease in the last 24 hours..
