Lucky Egg has been crowned the UK’s fastest-growing founder-led business at the UK Fast Growth Index Awards.
Founded by Marcus Ereira and Luke Shelley, the London-based company is behind hit party games including Grab The Mic and Sorry, What?
The award was collected at a ceremony in Newport by finance director Daniel Crangle and head of marketing Claudia Swindale.
The latest accolade caps a stellar year for Lucky Egg, which topped the FEBE Growth 100 and was named the UK’s second-fastest-growing company in The Sunday Times 100.

Remarkably, the business has achieved its success without raising any external investment.
Ereira said: “We’ve done it without raising a penny from investors, built through organic content and selling our games in 30 countries.
“These rankings don’t show what goes on behind the scenes counterfeits, production delays, stock shortages and countless other things we never saw coming.
“To Luke Shelley, who I’ve been building businesses with since we were 17. What an amazing journey it’s been so far.
“And to everyone at Lucky Egg. This is only possible with an extraordinary team.”
Ereira and Shelley were also included in BusinessCloud’s inaugural Founder 250 list, which celebrates 250 of the UK’s most exciting founder-led businesses.
