Focus Group has acquired London-headquartered Prime Networks, an IT managed service provider.
Focus is an independent provider of business technology based in Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex, with 20+ regional offices in the UK.
It brings together AI, communications, IT, connectivity, cyber security and energy, and employs more than 1,300 people.
Prime Networks has further offices in Bournemouth, Tamworth and Tewkesbury. It supports approximately 500 SME customers, delivering IT support, security and managed services through the Halo PSA platform.
