Technology should free people up to do what they do best: care for others.

That’s the belief that has shaped Mayden for the past 25 years. By connecting data, systems and people, we’re helping to shape a more efficient, compassionate and outcomes-focused future for health and care.

Mayden is a UK-based technology company on a mission to transform health and care.

Our solutions are designed with usability, reliability and security at their core, working closely with our customers to ensure everything we release drives better outcomes for services. We build intelligent, high-impact technology that helps clinicians manage patient care more effectively, and unlock the true value of their data.

In short, we build intuitive software that works, and partnerships that last.

Mayden

Our story began with a simple challenge. Twenty-five years ago, a clinician came to us with a problem: help them deliver high-quality mental health care, and capture the data needed to prove it was making a difference. That challenge laid the foundations for everything we’ve built since.

Today, our technology supports the care of millions of people across four countries. We’ve expanded our product portfolio, supporting customers across the public, private and VCSE sectors, all with the aim of deepening our impact for those delivering health and care.

From electronic patient records and case management systems to patient engagement platforms, ambient voice technology and AI-enabled workflows, everything we build is designed collaboratively. By understanding real workflows, we create interoperable software that meets the real-world needs of users.

Our success isn’t just about the technology we build, it’s about how we build it. We listen closely, test ideas in real services, and design products around the challenges our customers face every day. If there’s one thing we never take for granted, it’s those relationships, because when you’re supporting critical services, great support matters just as much as great software.

Everything we do is guided by three simple aims: improve the efficiency and quality of services, improve the experience and working lives of professionals, and improve the outcomes of the people they serve. That is success to us.
