Altitude Group plc has reported a rise in annual revenues following the departure of its long-term CEO last year.
Nichole Stella left the Manchester firm in July 2025 after eight years in the role, but its new-look executive team has delivered for shareholders.
Alexander Brennan became executive chair, supported by COO Deborah Wilkinson (pictured) and CFO Drew Whibley, who joined in September 2025.
For the year ending 31st March 2026, the group said full-year revenue is expected to be above market expectations in the range of $43.5 million to $44.5m (FY25: $37.3 million) – representing year-on-year growth of between 16.6% and 19.3%.
Adjusted operating profit for FY26 is expected to be in line with the $3.7m (FY25: $3.7m) indicated in the November 2025 trading update, with adjusted profit before tax anticipated to be $1.6m (FY25: $1.6m).
The group’s revolving credit facility provides it with sufficient headroom for FY27, it added.
Brennan was ousted as chair of Big Technologies plc late last year following a shareholder revolt led by controversial founder Sara Murray OBE.
The technology-enabled personalised branded merchandise provider, which has a base in Philadelphia in the United States, floated in 2000 and is listed on the London Stock Exchange’s junior AIM market.
It provides eCommerce sites and an online design tool for branded products, while its full-service creative team specialises in promotional marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, video, web design, print flyers and brochures.
