Marlin Equity Partners has completed a majority growth investment in London-based compliance technology firm Napier AI.

RegTech Napier AI is said to offer a distinctive solution in the market, trusted by leading banks, payment providers, wealth and asset management firms, insurers and telecommunications organisations.

Early last year, Napier AI received a £45m investment from US alternative asset manager Crestline Investors.

Financial details of the majority investment were not disclosed.

Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Napier AI, while Torch Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Marlin.
