Manchester Tech Festival will return for its third edition between 28th October and 8th November.
The festival will take place across two weeks, hosting tech conferences, workshops and, for the first time, a calendar of fringe events.
Held at the historical Victoria Baths, the highlight is the core festival, a multi-stage conference with over 50 speakers and a tech exhibition featuring companies such as MoneySupermarket, 6Point6 Part of Accenture, zally, Roke and Zuhlke.
“When Manchester Tech Festival was born I had no idea what it would become,” said Amy Newton, festival director.
“I knew I wanted to bridge the digital divide, support the Manchester community, and bring a bit of tech fun while doing it, but that was it really.
“To be here now in our third year with our biggest lineup yet is just such a surreal feeling. We’ve added an extra week of track days, we’re seeing new and world-renowned speakers take to our stage, and we have an amazing collective of new and returning sponsors making it all possible.
“I am so proud of what we’ve achieved, and I can’t wait to kick off MTF2024.”
Surrounding MTF is a curated calendar of tech events that hone in on specialist subjects such as cybersecurity and AI.
Also returning will be the Women in Tech [Unfiltered] conference and the Leadership Day, specifically designed to serve C-suite and people in senior tech positions.
Headline sponsors of the festival include design and innovation agency Code, returning for a third year, and Zally.
Tickets for the event range from £10 to £36 depending on the day, with some fringe events and workshops free to attend.
For those unable to afford the ticket price, community tickets are available to ensure all of the tech community can access the festival.
