FinTechAppointments

Reward has appointed Yekaterina Gusin as CFO after FTSE50 company Experian recently acquired a strategic stake in the customer engagement and commerce media firm.

The company says the appointment will enhance business governance and bolster operational leadership as Reward grows its global footprint.

With over 20 years of experience in global financial executive positions at leading data and FinTech brands including American Express, Finastra, Thomson Reuters and Planet, Gusin brings a wealth of knowledge in data and technology, as well as experience in market expansion and supporting global growth.

Gusin joins the board as a director as it looks to deliver $2 billion in rewards to consumers by 2025.

“With the business experiencing significant growth, it’s crucial to have strong financial leadership to help us capitalise on the opportunities ahead,” said Jamie Samaha.

“Kate has an exceptional track record, bringing with her a mix of scale up and corporate financial strategy, which will be a huge asset to our executive team, and instrumental in spearheading our market expansion and continued success. I’m delighted to welcome her to Team Reward.”
