InsurTech 50 star Genasys has announced the appointment of Sharon Brown as a board advisor.
Genasys, second on our ranking late last year, provides policy, billing and claims administration software to the insurance industry via its Software-as-a-Service platform which includes more than 350 pre-configured products across the ecosystem.
It currently supports clients across the globe to manage a gross written premium of over £1.5 billion.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Brown will provide counsel as the company continues to expand its proposition in existing and new territories and into new markets.
A respected professional in the general and Lloyd’s insurance markets, she holds numerous senior leadership roles including a directorship at the Managing General Agents’ Association.
Brown’s commercial experience includes creating and delivering innovative insurance schemes, developing global sales and marketing strategies and building robust business infrastructures.
