Appointments

Product intelligence platform Vypr has appointed a new CEO.

The Manchester firm provides global brands with consumer insight to either help bring successful new products to market or to improve their current ranges.

Chris Williams, who has been with Vypr for two years as CFO and as part of the team which has trebled revenues since YFM Equity Partners invested in 2021, is the new CEO.

Williams, former CFO at MoneyPlus Group, joined Vypr from Legal Marketing Services.

Founder Ben Davies, who launched Vypr a decade ago, remains central to the leadership team as it looks to scale.

Vypr has global customers in retail, food service and food & drink and has recently won customers in the health & beauty and professional services sectors. Next year will see the company offer its customers access to consumers in up to 39 international markets.
