Commuters will be able to travel free every Monday in December with Gett Together’s launch of ‘Merry Mondays’ in London and Manchester.
Gett Together, the unique ride sharing service from the app Gett that transports customers along dedicated routes, will be taking the stress off Monday commutes, offering free rides along its five routes until the end of the year.
Gett Together is available on the Gett app where users can, after just a few taps, hop in a black cab anywhere along the fixed route.
Launched in London at the start of 2017, Gett Together runs lines in the capital as well as Manchester.
Every Monday this month Gett Together are offering their customers rides to and from work in the comfort of a shared cab, absolutely free of charge.
Powered by Gett, Gett Together creates routes in cities that supplement the existing transport systems in place by utilising the black cab infrastructure already in use.
Users can hop on or off anywhere along the line between the beginning and end destination, with the route running in the opposite direction in the evening.
Currently, four routes operate in London including Highbury & Islington – Waterloo and Clapham Junction – London Bridge. All the details on the current routes can be viewed at https://gett.com/uk/gett-together/#Array.
Gett Together will be completely free to use every Monday until the end of December, running between 7am to 10am and 5pm to 8pm for the London routes, and 8am to 11am and 4pm to 7pm in Manchester.
Every other day of the week, ‘Gett Together’ will cost £1.50 in Manchester and £3 or less in London.
‘Gett Together’ is available via the Gett app every weekday. The Gett app is free to download on iOS and Android.
