Automotive Transformation Group has appointed Tim Smith, who has served the company for 17 years, as CEO.

Smith, who is promoted from the chief revenue officer position, will lead the company as it continues to deliver automotive retailing solutions.

Headquartered in Kent with offices around the world, ATG’s products are used in 85 countries and have been translated into 30 languages worldwide.

The transition follows the recent launch of its NetDirector digital retailing suite, which is designed to support retailers, OEMs, financiers and fleet suppliers through rapid evolution.

The suite promises to simplify vehicle sales, improve user experience (UX), and increase profitability in line with the group’s vision to become a leading provider of omnichannel digital retailing solutions.
