Workplace management tech firm Condeco Software has relocated to new offices in Newcastle.
The company has moved from Cobalt Business Exchange to Gainsborough House, Grey Street, the 26,000 sq ft building which has been fully refurbished by LRE Capital.
The deal was brokered by Knight Frank and Naylors.
Associate Rebecca Maddison said the letting is a great demonstration of a Newcastle tech company scaling up which is testament to the city’s reputation as one of the fastest-growing tech economies in the UK.
She added: “Occupiers are looking for buildings that can assist them with attracting and retaining staff.
“Gainsborough House is a prime example of a perfectly located building with amenity on the doorstep and refurbished to a high standard that occupiers can enjoy.
“This demonstrates that properties refurbished to the right specification have great potential to provide outstanding space that is attractive to employers and employees alike.”
Condeco Software, which describes itself as a global leader in integrated workplace management technology, counts the likes of EY, JLL, Britvic and Rolls-Royce among its clients.
The company operates from 15 offices across Europe, Middle East & Africa, North America and Asia Pacific.
