Founder 250

Manchester PropTech Street Group has appointed Cecile Wetter-Green as talent acquisition lead as it embarks on its latest recruitment spree.

The appointment follows a multi-million-pound investment in July from private equity investor Hg, which valued the business at more than £200m.

Founded by siblings Tom and Heather Staff in 2015, the fast-growing software company has achieved 100 per cent growth and now employs 230 people.

Wetter-Green previously worked at Multiverse, the apprenticeship technology unicorn founded by Euan Blair.

Street Group valued at £200m+ by Hg investment

She said: “I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined Street Group as talent acquisition lead.

“For years, the property sector has been underserved by outdated technology, leaving agents and home-movers frustrated.

“Street Group exists to fix this by delivering world-class, intuitive products that genuinely transform how homes are bought, sold and let.

“Following strategic growth investment from Hg earlier this year, valuing the business at over £200m, the company is entering an exciting phase of accelerated growth.”

Other recent appointments include Reece Binder and Rowan Gibson as sales development representatives; David Law as lead product designer; Costas Frangeskou as head of partnerships; Mike Booth as head of data sales; and Luke Palethorpe as governance, risk and compliance lead.

Tom and Heather Staff have been included in BusinessCloud’s 2026 Northern Leaders and Founder 250 lists.
