BusinessCloud can reveal its RetailTech 50 innovation ranking for 2024.

Readers of the online technology publication and an expert judging panel have together decided the 50 companies blazing a technology trail in retail.

The RetailTech 50 – supported by Refresh PR, a creative-led PR and marketing partner to brands – celebrates businesses of all sizes creating original tech solutions for physical retail and eCommerce companies.

ZigZag Global, a platform to manage process of product returns, tops the ranking ahead of Dexory, which creates AI & robotics for a more efficient warehouse.

Ufurnish.com, a comparison & aggregation platform for home furnishings, is third. Dropit and Sparkbox complete the top five.

Also featuring is Patchworks, an integration platform for B2C and B2B eCommerce businesses. The platform provides a powerful no code/low code interface to connect systems through a combination of pre-built connectors and process flows.

Thirty-one of the 50 companies are based in London, followed by a combined four in Manchester, Salford and Stockport. Bristol hosts two, with a further 13 towns and cities represented.

BusinessCloud called on its readers to vote for companies from the 99-strong shortlist. A combination of these votes and choices from an expert judging panel determined the top 50.
